Register for a Pecs Voter account

You must supply a valid email in order to recieve a Pecs Voter account
Accounts not verified within 24hrs, will automatically be removed
Once registered as a Pecs Voter you may then add your pecs to be rated
Pecs Voters are not required to submit a photo, but you may do so after registration
